Dilapidation Existing Condition Reports

BSS Dilapidation Reports are required for properties abutting major works, such as the construction of a large building, a freeway, a sewer, or other drainage works. Our reports leave no doubt as to the condition of the building at the time of inspection - detailed photographs, crack locations, widths and extent, presence of dampness, and locations of leaks are provided.

We work to your time requirements and reports are generally available five to ten days after inspection.
