Building Disputes

Unfortunately some situations between owners and builders cannot be resolved without a party taking legal action. In these situations BSS can assist by providing detailed reports and cost estimates for presentation at a Court or VCAT Tribunal.

These reports are prepared by qualified staff with many years of experience and a high profile in the profession. All reports are undertaken under the supervision of a BSS director.
